Gala Dinner with Guest Speaker, Paula Todd

FIFTY YEARS OF GIVING BACK

Please join the Fredericton Community Foundation on October 19th as we host a Gala Dinner to celebrate 50 years of giving back to the citizens of the Greater Fredericton Area. The Dinner will be held at the Fredericton Inn, Reception at 6:00 p.m. and Dinner at 7:00 p.m. The Guest Speaker is Ms. Paula Todd, Author of A Quiet Courage. Ticket prices are $125 per person (a charitable tax receipt will be provided for $70). Please call the office at 454-2262 or contact one of our Board members to purchase your tickets.

Paula Todd is one of Canada’s best-known journalists, moderators and inspirational speakers. This is Paula’s tenth season as co-host of Studio 2, TVO's popular nightly live flagship current events television program and Gemini award winner for the best talk show in Canada. She also hosts and co-produces Person 2 Person with Paula Todd, an intimate biography program about human behaviour, winner of the Tema Conter Memorial Trust media award for outstanding public education.

Her new book, A Quiet Courage: Inspiring Stories from All of Us (Thomas Allen publishers) is now a best-seller and is the first non-fiction book in Canada to inspire a BookShorts documentary.
