2023 Rosemary’s Pantry Grant Recipients

We're excited to announce the 2023 Rosemary's Pantry Grant Recipients! This year, we've empowered four incredible schools and community organizations with a total of $17,500 in funding to fuel their fight against student and youth hunger.

Anglophone West School District

“Expanding Subsidized Lunch Programs”

Every week, 613 students from Nackawic Elementary, Middle, and High School can savor a warm meal, complete with milk, at just $3.00 per serving. For those who cannot afford it, there's no charge.

Grant Awarded: $7,500

Minto Memorial High School

“Minto Memorial Breakfast, Snack, and Backpack Program”

At Minto High, the students will enjoy a well-rounded meal plan with breakfast, snacks, and lunch options. Plus, they will provide weekly food backpacks to those in need.

Grant Awarded: $6,000

Just Friends Food Bank Inc

“Grab + Go Breakfast”

During the summer months, Just Friends Food Bank Inc. offers a selection of healthy and nutritious Grab + Go Breakfast options to school-aged children in the wider Stanley area.

Grant Awarded: $1,000

Chipman Youth Centre Inc.

“Planting The Seeds for A Healthy Community”

This project aims to fuel the summer day camp youth with hearty breakfasts while nurturing additional gardens through our middle school program to benefit the community.
