  • 01. Andrew “Andy” Williams Memorial Scholarship

    Two one-time $1,000 scholarships are awarded annually to graduating students from Fredericton High School or Leo Hayes High School.

  • 02. Donald MacMillan Memorial Bursary

    Two $1,000 one-time bursaries for a NB & PEI female graduate entering their first-year of public post-secondary studies. Applicants must show leadership and volunteer involvement. Ringette players receive special consideration.

  • 03. Frank Fraser & Blanche I. (Hood) Joslin Scholarship

    For York County residents (ages 17-30) entering their first year in agricultural or veterinary studies. This $5,000 scholarship supports students pursuing careers in agriculture or veterinary fields.

  • 04. Fredericton Chamber of Commerce Scholarship

    This $5,000 scholarship is restricted to employees of members in good standing of the Fredericton Chamber of Commerce; or the child, spouse or partner of a member; or the child, spouse or partner of the member’s employee.

    Deadline: Last Friday of May at 4 pm.

  • 05. Isabel Adams Coburn Memorial Scholarship

    In memory of Isabel Adams Coburn, two or more non-renewable scholarships with a value of $2,000 will be awarded to students from Keswick Ridge/Mactaquac entering or attending UNB. Selection is based on academic achievement, extracurricular involvement, and financial need.

  • 06. Marianne Limpert Scholarship

    This $1,000 scholarship is for graduates from Fredericton, Leo Hayes, Oromocto, or Ecole Sainte-Anne High School who continue to swim competitively while pursuing post-secondary studies.

  • 07. Mary Frances Cronin Memorial Scholarship

    This $1,000 scholarship honours Mary Frances Cronin, awarded annually to a graduating female soccer player from Fredericton High School. Applicants must be accepted into a publicly funded post-secondary institution.

  • 08. Muriel Connors Award

    A minimum of $3,000 is awarded to a New Brunswick high school graduate attending college or university in Canada. Applicants must be between 15 and 30 years old.

  • 09. Murray & Shirley Bailey Award

    A $1,000 award for a graduating student from a Fredericton, Leo Hayes, or Nackawic High School who attended Keswick Valley Memorial School for at least 3 years. Each school may submit up to 3 applications.

  • 10. Provincial Artisans Bursary

    This bursary supports students with disabilities attending a university, college, or educational institute. Selection is based on extent of disability, academic performance, financial need, and community involvement.

  • 11. Robert Morimanno Memorial Scholarship

    Created in honour of Robert Morimanno’s legacy of community service, this scholarship awards two $1,000 bursaries annually to varsity soccer players graduating from École Sainte-Anne, Fredericton High School, Leo Hayes High School, or Oromocto High School.

  • 12. Thomas Washburn Memorial Scholarship

    Created in memory of Thomas Washburn, this annual scholarship supports a graduating student from a Fredericton‑area high school pursuing engineering at an Canadian university. The award is valued at $3,500 per term for the first six terms of the student’s program.

  • 13. Timmy Munn Memorial Scholarships

    Up to three $1000 entrance scholarships awarded in memory of Timmy Munn. These scholarships are based on athletic ability, academic performance, and financial need. Applicants must have graduated from a local high school and attend a local college or university.

  • 01. Ben & Faye Medjuck Scholarship

    Annual scholarship for students at Fredericton High School and Leo Hayes High School.

  • 02. Bill McCauley Music Scholarship

    Annual scholarship for a student with an interest in music at Leo Hayes High School.

  • 03. Brendon Oreto Foundation Bursary

    Four $1,000 non-renewable bursaries awarded to student-athletes from Central New Brunswick Academy, Fredericton High School, Leo Hayes High School and Stanley Consolidated School.

    Selection Committee: Recipients will be chosen by Athletic Staff at each individual school.

    Annual scholarship for a student at Minto Memorial High School.

    Annual $500 prize for a student at École Sainte-Anne, Fredericton High School, and Leo Hayes High School.

  • 06. Gerald Sutherland Entrepreneur Award

    Annual $500 award for a student at Fredericton High School and Leo Hayes High School with a high standing in Business Management 120, Economics 120, Marketing 120 and/or Entrepreneurship 110.

  • 07. Gertrude Duffie Award in Art (Duffie Crowell Scholarships)

    Annual scholarship for a student at Fredericton High School and Leo Hayes High School with an interest in art.

  • 08. James Andow Scholarship

    Annual $500 scholarship for a student at Woodstock High School.

  • 09. Mike Fitzgerald Memorial Scholarships and Bursaries

    Annual $1,000 scholarship and two $500 bursaries for students at Fredericton High School and Leo Hayes High School, who play varsity basketball.

  • Available to full-time UNB Fredericton students who have completed at least two years of their degree. Open to New Brunswick high school graduates, with selection based on academic achievement and financial need. Applications are available through UNB.

  • Two $1,750 one-time bursaries. Applicants must be enrolled in the Police Science program at Holland College’s Atlantic Police Academy. Applications must include an essay on the importance of de-escalation in policing. It is preferred that the applicants be mature students who are a visible minority or female-identifying.

  • One $4,000 bursary awarded annually, based on financial need, to a student in second, third, or fourth year who is a graduate of Harvey High School, Stanley High School, Oromocto High School, Fredericton High School, Leo Hayes High School, or Ecole Ste-Anne.

  • One $4,000 bursary awarded on the basis of financial need to a full-time student undergraduate student on the Fredericton campus who is a graduate of Harvey High School, Stanley High School, Oromocto High School, Leo Hayes High School, Fredericton High School or Ecole Ste Anne and demonstrates successful academic achievement.

  • An annual $2,000 bursary for a student from York or Carleton County enrolled in a program at NBCC. Applications are available through NBCC.

  • A $2,000 bursary is awarded annually to a student from York or Carleton County enrolled in a program at the New Brunswick College of Craft & Design (NBCCD). 

  • This scholarship is awarded to a student from York or Carleton County enrolled in a two-year or more program at NBCC. Applications are available through NBCC.

  • Awarded to a female nursing student entering her second year at UNB Fredericton. Selection is based on academic achievement and financial need.
